CHAINS is a WRATH + LOVE public art ritual — mailboxes across the city where strangers leave their burdens: secrets, regrets, confessions, words never spoken.

Each note is anonymous. No names. No judgment. Just release.

The letters will be collected into a living archive — preserved, and in some cases transformed into zines, installations, and rituals. Some burdens will be chained, burned, or rebuilt into new forms of art.

This isn’t about taking. It’s about release. The act of leaving your burden behind is the art.
